How the Transformation Package Works

When you purchase the Transformation Package I’ll send you a Soul Medicine Questionnaire where you tell me all about your life and what you want to transform. We’ll set realistic goals for our work together and arrange a timescale and plan for the next few months.

The Transformation Package Contains:

3 Hour-Long Consultations at Monthly Intervals: Each consultation is a sacred space for your healing, perfect for when you feel stuck, confused or in pain and need an experienced guide to hold a space for you to heal.

Whether you’re struggling with relationships, negative beliefs, stress and anxiety, past trauma or other challenges, a consultation is a safe space to heal your pain, receive intuitive guidance and clarity.

You’ll receive an hour of love, wisdom, inspiration and insights plus flower and crystal essences to release conscious and subconscious patterns on an energetic level. You’ll feel supported, understood, more self-aware and relieved to have a safe space to explore your emotions.

You talk about how you’re feeling and what’s going on in your life while I listen for the emotions, thoughts and beliefs that you have. As a natural empath and energy healer I’m listening to your story but I’m also tuning into the energy of your words: the whispers from your Soul.

Flower and Crystal Essences: I use a combination of intuitive guidance and knowledge to select the most resonant essences to heal those parts of you that are calling for healing. At the end of each consultation I select a combination of 7-8 Bach Flower Remedies to release the conscious patterns that are holding you back AND a combination of deep-acting flower and crystal essences to heal hidden dynamics and subconscious issues.

While the Bach Flower Remedies work very effectively on conscious states (what you know you’re feeling), deeper acting flower and crystal essences are needed to shift subconscious issues.

Deep-acting flower and crystal essences heal the buried emotions and hidden aspects of your psyche that influence your responses to life, often without you even realising it. There may be childhood wounds, ancestral beliefs or Karmic issues holding you back and high vibrational essences allow them to be released and understood. I might prescribe a Karmic essence, a chakra blend, an inner child essence or a blend that heals a particular issue e.g. self-worth, abuse, abundance, creativity, bereavement.

Each Bach Flower Remedy combination will last 2-3 weeks and each deep-acting flower and crystal essence combination will last approx 3-4 weeks.

I send you a personalised report about all your essences, explaining why I’ve chosen them, how they work and the patterns they release. This empowers you with greater knowledge about the essences and your journey. Most people like to refer back to the report whilst taking essences as a reminder of the issues that are being released.

Every time you take your essences you are transforming the energy of emotions and beliefs that hold you back.

Every time you take your essences you’re sending out a message to the universe that you are consciously bringing yourself into greater alignment.

Regular Support: I’ll send you an email check-in two weeks after each consultation to see how you’re feeling and help you to keep focused and inspired. You may find that as soon as you decide to change, you’ll meet your resistance and fall back into old patterns and habits. These check-ins will help you to stay on track between consultations, moving lovingly towards the changes you want to experience.

Healing Meditations: I’ll send you a healing meditation after each consultation to bring you inner peace, healing and insights about the issues we’ve been exploring together.

Available to listen on your computer or download to your MP3 player, you can use the meditations whenever you need to.

It could be a meditation to balance your emotions, to access your inner wisdom, to heal your relationships or to connect with your life’s purpose. If I don’t already have a meditation that will help you with the issues you’re exploring that month, I’ll create one!

The meditations go deep, taking you into the layers of your subconscious that hold the key to your healing. You might tap into inner child wounds, ancestral pain or Karmic issues.

Regardless of where your pain or confusion is coming from, the meditations will bring comfort and healing to how you’re feeling NOW. Each time you use them, you’ll experience different benefits as you progressively clear through layers of emotions.

Some people fall asleep while listening to my meditations – this often happens when the healing needs to reach the subconscious without your conscious mind interfering or analysing!

Dynamic Tools for Self-Awareness: I’ll send you healing workheets or rituals to transform emotions and beliefs and/or focus on your goals every month.

These activities will complement what we’ve been exploring together in consultations, so they’ll be chosen specially for you depending on what you most need at the time.
