You’ll receive an hour of love, wisdom, inspiration and insights plus flower and crystal essences to release conscious and subconscious patterns on an energetic level.

You’ll  feel supported, understood, more self-aware and relieved to have a safe space to explore your emotions.

Once your essences arrive you’ll have powerful vibrational medicine to release the energy of the emotions that are stopping you from shining your light in the world.

How it works:

When you’ve purchased your consultation, we connect by email or phone to arrange a time that suits you.  Your first consultation lasts for 1 hour 15 minutes so that I can gather background information from you. Further consultations last for 1 hour.

It’s important that you’re not disturbed so you can be present with how you’re feeling and not diverted by other things.  I recommend choosing your consultation time when you’ll have an opportunity to reflect and be gentle with yourself afterwards. People often say a consultation is like dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s so it’s good to have time to process new understandings afterwards.

A consultation is a sacred space for your healing.  You talk about how you’re feeling and what’s going on in your life while I listen for the emotions, thoughts and beliefs that you have. As a natural empath and energy healer I’m listening to your story but I’m also tuning into the energy of your words: the whispers from your Soul.

I use a combination of intuitive guidance and knowledge to select the most resonant essences to heal those parts of you that are calling for healing.

You will come to a deeper understanding of yourself during a consultation and tap into the Soul wisdom that’s already inside you. I help by offering insights, clarifying patterns and suggesting ways of seeing things that may not have occurred to you.

At the end of the consultation, I send you a combination of 7-8 Bach Flower Remedies to release the conscious patterns that are holding you back and a combination of deep-acting flower and crystal essences, so you’ll receive 2 bottles to be taken alongside each other.

While the Bach Flower Remedies work very effectively on conscious states (what you know you’re feeling), deeper acting flower and crystal essences are needed to shift subconscious issues.

Deep-acting flower and crystal essences heal the buried emotions and hidden aspects of your psyche that influence your responses to life, often without you even realising it. There may be childhood wounds, ancestral beliefs or Karmic issues holding you back and high vibrational essences allow them to be released and understood.  I might prescribe a Karmic essence, a chakra blend, an inner child essence or a blend that heals a particular issue e.g. self-worth, abuse, abundance, creativity, bereavement.

I send you a personalised report about all your essences, explaining why I’ve chosen them, how they work and the patterns they release. This empowers you with greater knowledge about the essences and your journey.

Your Bach Flower Remedy combination will last 2-3 weeks and your deep-acting flower and crystal essence combination will last approx 3-4 weeks.

Every time you take your essences you’re sending out a message to the universe that you are consciously bringing yourself into greater alignment.

What to expect from taking essences.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel a session more than 72 hours beforehand I’ll refund your payment minus a £10 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the session there are no refunds because that time and space has been set aside and dedicated to you. If I need to cancel our session I will give you a full refund or book an alternative time to suit you.
