Bach Flower Remedies were discovered in the 1930's by Dr Edward Bach, a medical doctor who devoted his life to finding a natural cure to his patient’s ailments.
He was a pioneer in holistic thinking and believed that the key to a healthy body was a healthy mind. Although best known for Rescue Remedy, Dr Bach identified 38 remedies in total. These balance the mental and emotional states (or patterns of thought and behaviour) which can prevent us from living our lives to the full.
After successfully treating his own patients, Bach passed his Bach Flower Remedies onto medical colleagues who also had incredible results. He said that his essences “make us healthier and happier in every way and bring joy into our lives.”
